Complaints can be made in person, by phone, in writing, or through a representative. If you need help to make a complaint, we can arrange an independent advocate.

Our Commitment

We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
We aim to provide a full written response within 28 days.
We will treat all concerns confidentially, fairly, and without discrimination.
Raising a complaint will not affect your care or service.
If your concern involves possible harm or abuse, we will follow our Safeguarding Policy and inform the appropriate authorities.
